Dr. Bettina Enz advises major companies in the social media business on dealing with legal requests referring to alleged violations of German criminal law. Her legal expertise covers white-collar crime and internal investigations as well as international criminal law.
Prior to joining White & Case, Dr. Bettina Enz gained extensive experience in the research area, focusing on comparative criminal law and interdisciplinary matters. She was appointed as a visiting researcher at University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law and worked at the German Embassy in Tel Aviv.
