David Green, director of the UK government's Serious Fraud Office for the past six years, is stepping down during April. His successor has yet to be named, but suggestions that he or she will come from the outside are seen as sign that the government is keen for fresh thinking in the way the body is run. London-based White & Case partner Jonathan Pickworth said: "It's an easy agency to criticise as you have to bear in mind it takes on only the most complex and difficult cases.
